Simple rules for a private family space.

KinVite is a private family coordination service for gatherings, RSVPs, birthdays, gifts, registries, chat, and related family planning. You agree to use KinVite lawfully and only for people and information you are authorized to add or share.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share access tokens or attempt to access a family space you have not been invited to.

KinVite is collaborative. Content you add to a family space may be visible to other members of that family. Removing your account does not necessarily require KinVite to delete information another member created or information that must remain with a surviving shared family space.

KinVite may hide gift claim or purchase coordination from the intended recipient. You agree not to attempt to bypass those privacy controls or use KinVite to misrepresent purchases, commitments, or ownership of gifts.

You remain responsible for messages, event notes, gift information, links, media, and other content you submit. Do not post unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.

KinVite may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action to protect users or the service.

Adult users may create dependent profiles to coordinate birthdays, events, and gifts. Creating a dependent profile does not create a standalone KinVite account. You are responsible for having appropriate authority to add personal information about a child or other family member.

The KinVite iOS app may be offered for a one-time purchase price displayed by Apple. App Store purchases, refunds, taxes, and payment processing are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable terms. Pricing and availability may vary by storefront or platform.

KinVite is under active development. Features may change, be added, be removed, or occasionally be unavailable. We may update the service when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, compatibility, or product development.

To the extent permitted by law, KinVite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KinVite and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

You may stop using KinVite at any time and may request account deletion. KinVite may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or serious violations of these terms.
